The Garden Within Her
A Solo Exhibition by Anna Oborotova
26 November – 6 December 2026
The Hyde Gallery | Chiswick, London
An exploration of femininity, inner worlds and the beauty that flourishes within.
The Hyde Gallery is delighted to present The Garden Within Her, a solo exhibition by contemporary artist Anna Oborotova, exploring the delicate relationship between femininity, nature and the rich emotional landscapes of the human spirit.
Through her distinctive use of colour, expressive brushwork and evocative imagery, Oborotova invites viewers into a world where reality and imagination intertwine. Her female figures embody quiet strength and introspective beauty, inhabiting dreamlike spaces filled with warmth, light and symbolism.
The garden becomes a metaphor for the inner self - a private world of memories, emotions, dreams and personal transformation. Like a garden, our inner lives require nurturing, patience and the freedom to grow.
Oborotova’s vibrant palette, flowing compositions and sensitive portrayal of the female form create a dialogue between the visible and the unseen. Her subjects appear suspended in moments of reflection, revealing a sense of stillness amid the movement of colour and texture.
The Garden Within Her invites us to look beyond appearances and discover the beauty, resilience and complexity that exist within every woman.
The exhibition reflects The Hyde Gallery’s ongoing commitment to championing contemporary female artists and presenting work that explores identity, emotion and the human experience.
